1. No Express or Implied Warranties:

Northern Crates, LLC makes no express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, concerning the products.

2. Disclaimer of Liability:

Northern Crates, LLC shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in any way connected with the use of, or inability to use, the products, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. Product Suitability:

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of the products for their intended use. Northern Crates, LLC does not guarantee that the products will meet the purchaser’s requirements or expectations.

4. No Responsibility for Misuse:

Northern Crates, LLC shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper storage of the products.

5. No Assurance of Safety:

Northern Crates, LLC does not warrant that the products are safe for any particular use. All safety and health concerns associated with the products are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Northern Crates, LLC total liability to the purchaser for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the product that gives rise to the claim.

By purchasing and using Northern Crates, LLC ’s products, which are made per customer specifications, the purchaser agrees to the terms of this warranty disclaimer and acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms.
